Community & Support - You’ll join an intimate learning community where we set you up for success. To ensure this you’ll be added to a Joy Pod, a small peer group that provides accountability and support. Your joy pod will be your home in the program, providing an even cozier expression of support and connection for you to share your challenges and triumphs. Additional support can be found through 1:1 mentorship with The Joy Ambassador, India, during monthly office hours and access to the growing Resource Garden full of tools and strategies to elevate your leadership.

Impactful Curriculum - This flexible program is designed to fit into your busy schedule, with pre-recorded lessons for easy access. And because learning without practice is useless, every lesson includes fun challenges to get you to take action now. Every month concludes with a live group coaching call where you dive further in the topic and you can get the feedback you need for tangible results in your workplace.

Joyful Surprises - What's more joyful than a thoughtful surprise? Getting one when you least expect it! The program starts with a lively virtual kick-off that sets the tone for the connection, fun, and inspiration you’ll experience throughout.

Luxurious In-person retreat - We’ll conclude our journey together with a luxurious all inclusive 3-day retreat, designed to deepen connections, recharge your spirit, and celebrate your progress. You’re going to leave inspired, refreshed, and ready to lead with joy!

Month 1’ll dive into the "why" behind joy-driven leadership and workplace transformation. 3-Day All-inclusive Retreat
Picture this: a relaxing three days dedicated to you, your growth, and the joy-filled leadership you’re building. From Tuesday to Thursday, we’ll step away from the demands of daily life to immerse ourselves in a transformative, restorative experience. Think, joy breaks designed to replenish your energy, group sessions with inspiring guest facilitators, 1:1 coaching slots, and intentional time to connect with yourself and your cohort.
Together, we’ll reflect, share learnings, and celebrate your progress. We’ll close our time with a special ritual to honor your journey—leaving you grounded, inspired, and ready to lead boldly. Oh, and don’t worry there will be surprises sprinkled throughout.
Please Note: The retreat includes your accommodations, breakfast and lunch, snacks, and all sessions. You are responsible for your travel to and from the retreat location.

You're an educator, well what do you teach?I teach amazing college students. My doctoral background is in ethnic studies and critical gender studies. My research interests are critical race theory, queer theory, feminist epistemology, gender, religion, and love (yup I love talking about love). So that means I can teach a wide variety of classes on everything from feminist social movements and introduction to Black studies, to women in hip hop and religion, culture, & freedom. My education gives me a unique lens that I use to create bridges between theory and praxis. This is an invaluable benefit to my clients because it helps me teach complex concepts to people in fun and accessible ways (fun being the keyword.

What’s a joy break?A Joy break is an intentional break that you take during your day to do (or not do, that’s just as valid) something that makes you happy & brings you joy. A joy break challenges our society’s obsession with being productive, with extracting our labor, and the pressure to be “on” and “available”. It acknowledges that taking a break to rest or do something purely for joy’s sake is its own form of liberation. The multi-trillion dollar self-care industry will have you believe that when we take a break it needs to be something glamorous, worthy of a story to tell. However, joy can be found in the simplest of endeavors. A picnic at the park, a nap, or catching up with a friend; just as they can be found in the greatest of luxuries. A Joy Break encourages you to cultivate healthy boundaries with your work and shield your eyes from the faux luster of hustler culture. Because you are meant for more than work. 💕
